Hallmark Tubulars Ltd. is a 100 percent-owned subsidiary of Marubeni-Itochu Tubulars America Inc., which in turn is a 100 percent-owned subsidiary of Marubeni-Itochu Steel Inc. Tokyo, one of the world’s largest distributors of steel products.
These independent companies are jointly held by two publicly traded Japanese companies: Marubeni Corporation and Itochu Corporation.

Hallmark supplies OCTG, linepipe and engineering expertise to oil and natural gas producers in Eastern Canada and offshore Newfoundland and Nova Scotia through its 33 percent interest in East Coast Tubulars Ltd.
