Administrator, Invoicing - Calgary, Alberta (Job Code: AI-01)
As an integral member of the Invoicing team, the Invoicing Administrator is responsible for performing a variety of basic and repetitive administrative duties following established company procedures. This will include (which may be amended from time to time):
- Photocopying – regular invoices
- Scanning / sending customer invoices
- Scanning invoices for open Invoicing & email delivery
- Electronic invoicing
- Running the auditing & WIP reports for all close orders
- Creating labels
- Managing the tallies Inbox
- Printing, sorting and distributing tallies
- Entering tallies in the spreadsheet
- Assist with file searches
- Filing and managing the filing system
- Assist with file creation for key customer orders
- Maintain the vendor invoice tracking spreadsheet
- Sorting and distributing vendor invoices
Education / Qualifications
- Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Entry level position for someone motivated to pursuing a career in the energy industry
- Proficient understanding and use of computer applications, particularly with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in Navision would be an asset
- Strong organizational skills required with an emphasis on detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of utilizing interpersonal skills very effectively in coordinating administrative tasks
- Demonstrates the ability to effectively manage their time
