Dale Albert President & CEO

Assuming the responsibilities of President & CEO, effective January 1, 2007, Dales experience in supply chain has led to many of Hallmarks current strategic business ventures, including our Technical Services division and our Integrated Tubular Solutions Centre in Nisku, Alberta. Dale was also accountable for the integration of our 3 divisions, ensuring maximum value to all stakeholders.
As Executive Vice President, Dale was part of the original team that helped grow the company from modest beginnings to its stellar nine-digit revenues first achieved in 1998. Hallmarks reputation of supplying from world class seamless and ERW mills allowed Dale and his team to develop long-term, strategic customer relationships and a global supply network second to none in the industry.
He began his career in the oil & gas industry in 1978, working in various areas, including NDT inspection, field warehousing and oilfield transportation.
Prior to joining Hallmark in 1991, Dale owned and operated an oilfield transportation company, and was President of a start-up oilfield services firm in St. John's, Newfoundland.
Dale also holds a P.Log from the Canadian Professional Logistics Institute.
Greg Northcott Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Greg Joined Hallmark in 1991 as a Sales Representative and has been instrumental in maintaining and growing our business for nearly 20 years. Greg has been involved in many areas of our business including General Sales Accounts, Project Manager — Yard Development, Project Linepipe, Arctic Development, Contract Accounts and Director of Sales and Marketing.
As Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Greg is responsible for leading the sales department in providing the highest levels of customer service while maintaining focus on achieving key revenue, margin and market share targets in alignment with Hallmark's vision and long term strategic plan.
Greg is a graduate of the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Marketing.
Gord Kozak Vice President, Operations
Gord has been an integral part of Hallmark's success since joining Hallmark on March 1, 2001. Initially as a Senior Sales Representative, Gord excelled at developing and maintaining key relationships, most notably with strategic customers and suppliers. He also recognized early on, the need to create a much stronger Engineering and Quality department within Hallmark, and, as such, became a key member of the IRP Committee which made recommendations to change the specifications for sour service casing and tubing. Most recently, Gord was Director Engineering/Quality Assurance, responsible for our HTS Division, as well as our Engineering and QA/QC department.
In his new role as Vice President, Operations, Gord's responsibilities will be expanded to include the HITS Team, together with the HTS Team, the Engineering Team, and the TISA account execution team.
Gord is a Professional Engineer with a BSc. Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
Henry Ewert Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Henry is primarily responsible for financial reporting and compliance, treasury management, risk management and strategic planning.
After several years in corporate lending with the Bank of Montreal, Henry joined SMED International Inc. in 1996 as their Treasurer, where he helped manage their rapid growth until the company was taken over in 2000. Henry then joined Standen's Limited as Vice President, Finance & Administration, where he was responsible for financial reporting, information systems and human resources, as well as handling executive responsibilities for two operating divisions.
Joining Hallmark in 2006, Henry is a valuable asset to the executive team, bringing with him depth of experience in significant manufacturing and distribution companies.
Henry is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Commerce, and obtained his designation as a Chartered Accountant in 1990.
