OCTG
Hallmark Tubulars distributes Seamless tubing in sizes ranging from 60.3mm OD (2-3/8') to 114.3mm OD (4-1/2'), offering both API and premium joint connections from our inventory. We distribute Seamless casing sizes ranging from 114.3mm OD (4-1/2') to 339.7mm OD (13-3/8'). Hallmark carries all common grades along with the IRP specification for critical sour service drilling.
ERW tubing is available in sizes ranging from 48.63mm OD (1-1/2') to 88.9mm OD (3-1/2') in Grades J55 and L80. ERW casing is available in sizes ranging from 114.3mm OD (4-1/2) to 273.1mm OD (10-3/4) in API Grades H40, L80, P110, as well as proprietary Grades, such as I80.
Line Pipe
Hallmark Tubulars carries ERW Line Pipe complete with external coating for most gas gathering applications. Sizes from 60.3mm (2) through 219.1mm (8) are readily available from inventory, with other sizes also available. All Line Pipe carried is manufactured to CSA requirements and Hallmark Tubulars maintains full traceability on all products sold.
In addition, we also supply specialty Line Pipe products, including Seamless Line Pipe and Grade 550 DSAW for SAGD applications, along with large diameter ERW and DSAW welded Line Pipe for major transmission applications, and specialty Grades for mechanical applications.
Hallmark Tubulars is a recognized distributor of IPSCO ERW OCTG and Line Pipe products in Canada.
Furthermore, we have an exclusive distribution agreement with JFE Steel for all thermal projects that require large diameter DSAW pipe for high temperature, high pressure type requirements.
Our sources of Seamless OCTG are vast, with regular supplies from world class mills, such as Tenaris , V&M, Koppel, and JFE Steel.
Our experienced team members work with various mills to capture creative and innovative solutions for supply and our strategic alliance with Marubeni-Itochu provides us with the access to virtually any pipe mill in the world for the supply of specific mill ordered materials.
Hallmark Tubulars has established close relationships with suppliers to provide additional support, including threading, inspection, couplings, coating, and transportation to location. These relationships serve the customer by providing additional value and consolidation of the supply chain.
